Volunteer Ghost Walk Marshals needed

Description: Haunted Liverpool Ghost Walks is a professional ghost tour with costumed guides and marshals. Each tour can take up to 30 people and we need people to volunteer as marshals. The job of the marshal is to support the guide, keep the group together and get them across the roads safely and also to help with the Ghost hunt with EMF meters at the end of the City tour. The tour lasts around one and a half hours and we are out in all weathers. We have had dozens of calls from people who would like to come along for a bit of fun and although it is fun it is a professional enterprise that is delivered to a high standard. We need people who can commit to helping on a fairly regular basis, to get to know the stories and take part in a small way, of the telling of them. The Ghost Tour is primarily a fund raising enterprise and the Rescue depends on the tours bringing in regular money to keep the shelter going. It is a very serious business. It is fun and it is more than worthwhile when you watch people going home having had a brilliant night out whilst they have been helping to save animals lives. The tours run in the City and Childwall and we would ask that anyone interested should speak to Jan on 07983 160479 or email jan@ghostwalks.org for an initial chat. A costume and training will be provided and we ask potential marshals to shadow for a few tours so they can see what it is all about.
