Disabled Facilities
A wheelchair is available free of charge for any of our tours.
Assistance is available for wheelchair users to be lifted up one step into Peter Kavanagh’s pub. Once inside, the pub is wheelchair friendly but there is no designated disabled toilet. The toilets are on the flat.
Toilets
There are no public toilets on the route itself but there are pubs along the route and the Marshals will be happy to assist anyone needing this facility.
Parking
Parking is available free of charge in Egerton Street itself. The street is well lit and The Ghost Team park there whilst on Tours. However, Haunted Liverpool cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to cars parking in Egerton Street. Please note that parking is for residents only between the hours of 8am and 6pm and you will be ticketed if you park during those times.
Other parking facilities can be found at http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/liverpool/.
Local Restaurants
There are a variety of restaurants close to Peter Kavanagh’s - http://www.toptable.com/venues/find/postal-code/?term=l8%207ly.
Most of them are very busy early evening, especially if there is a concert on the Philharmonic Hall, so booking is advised. It may take quite a bit longer to be served during these busy periods, so please allow extra time if you are coming on a Ghost Tour after your meal. If you would like to know our favourite choice of restaurant, please email jan@ghostwalks.org or phone 07983 160479.
