Had a fab time last night on the 11pm Georgian walk last night. The weather wasn't great but it added to the gloom in the cemetery which made it even more eerie! Many thanks for a fun night!! Halloween 2011

Hi Jan I just want to say thank you for last night, we had a great time. The guides were fantastic and we were impressed that there were 4 and the amount of time that was spent in St James' Cemetery was really good. Peter Kavanagh's pub is also a fantastic place to meet, it was just how a should pub be with all the items on the wall and ceiling and its friendly customers. Please say thank you to the 4 guides we had last night they were very knowledge and four very nice people, the costumes were fantastic and it made for a very entertaining evening and well done on all the money you have raised for Freshfield Animal Rescue Centre. I just want to say thank you to you for organising it for me and with all the help and information you have given. I will definitely be telling people about your excellent tour. Thank you again. We were lucky enough to take a ghost walk in early June and though it has taken us a while to write to you, we just wanted to thank you all so much for making our experience in Liverpool such a wonderful one. We had a fantastic time ghost hunting with such fun tour guides and can't wait till we can come back. Wanted to send you all a picture to show our appreciation. Thanks again!

Just a note to say thank you to you and your colleagues for the ghost walk last night. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my wife, who is pregnant, was feeling unwell towards the end of the tour (nothing to do with the tour!) and we had to leave a little early. Nevertheless, we thought the stories fabulous and the guides both informative and witty.

Thought you might be interested in this photograph which I took on Fri13th City Ghost Walk. I am certain there was no smoke or lights when I took it and if you look closely and zoom into the orb to the right of the smoke you can see a face! I am terrified now but thought I'd share it with you! Hope you get the attachment ok and thank you for a brilliant night. We all really enjoyed ourselves although I'm not sure if I will sleep tonight!

All 18 of us had a great time being entertained on The Ghost Walk, especially in St Jame's cemetery. We got to see a part of our own city some of us didn't know existed! A big thank you for looking after us so well & a special thanks from my little pug Pogues who became very attached to Captain Moonlight.

The Georgian Quarter Tour
We attended the walk last night (Halloween). Myself and the five 13 year olds all thoroughly enjoyed the walk. The 'tour guide' (Elisa, I think) delivered the talks in a very professional manner and had us all scared out of our wits! She made the stories sound very authentic and we felt like we were transported back into time when the incidents occurred. The Marshals did a great job of keeping 'the real life ghouls' away from our group, causing minimum disruption and distraction. Thank you to all concerned, and keep up the good work for Freshfield Animal Rescue.

Thanks again for a wonderful evening last week - well worth coming from St Albans for! Despite the lack of ghosts I've enclosed some of our photos which may be of interest - the one of the grave was where we saw a light but in the absence of any response from the "ghost detector" we think it might be a reflection from a street light! Having said that I did feel a cold sensation on my leg whilst standing by the Husskison memorial but then it was a cold night! Whatever we really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come on another walk next time we're in the North West and I will certainly recommend you. Fred did mention an interesting photo you had of a skeleton on horseback which I'd be really interested to see if at all possible. I've now collected Vol 14 of Tom Slemen's books so will be settling down for some good reading! Many thanks and with all best wishes.
